There's a lot of talk of micro-apartments in Boston's future, but that's not to say we don't have a few Mini-Me-sized digs already. In Beacon Hill, this garden-level 1-BR, 1-BA at 73 Revere Street is a mere 470 square feet, leaving us to wonder if the petite pad isn't trumped in size by the extra-large common roof deck, which offers sterling views of Back Bay. That's not to completely minimalize the apartment itself, which is roomy enough for a kitchen table, high ceilings and even an in-unit washer and dryer. The unit's in an 1899 brick building, close to Mass General, Tufts Medical Center, Suffolk University, Emerson College and the Red, Blue and Green lines, and rents for $2,400 a month. — Rachel Lebeaux
