The Skinny: Last week's PriceSpotter was epically hard, so we decided to make this week's that much easier. Basically, all you have to decide is on which side of $1 million does this Back Bay beaut reside. A few things: it was gutted and pretty much completely renovated; there was a $5,000 price-chop a couple of days ago; and, per the listing, you can "enjoy sitting by the fireplace in the winter or use the central a/c and new roof deck in the warm summers." Now you know. What say you re: the asking price?
