Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen's Old Apartment Was a Triplex

New, 1 comment

Or a quadruplex, depending upon how you look at it. But certainly not a duplex, which was how everyone (including us) oft-described it. We've unearthed the grainy floorplans of Boston's most famous penthouse ever, and they show just how Tomsele's 5,311 square feet at 310 Beacon Street unfolded (the couple traded the penthouse in June for $9.2 million to an apparent pair of real estate investors).

Firstly, it appears Brady and Bundchen owned 48 square feet on the second floor of the six-level building. And then the majority of living space was on the third and fourth floors, including all three bedrooms of the 3-BR, 2.5-BA place on the third; the fourth contained two living rooms (including a "living/library") and a media room, plus a closet marked "coats." Finally, the couple controlled 263 square feet of the roof, perfect for Brady to bestride the Boston he already holds in his athletic and sartorial thrall. (It also appears that he and his wife had 1,476 square feet of deck space as well.)
