Local Farms, Good Food, Good Friends

Post 390, a contemporary tavern in the heart of Boston, is celebrating fresh, seasonal dishes with their new Farm-to-Post menu. Chef Eric Brennan has been visiting local farms in search of ingredients to create simple dishes with exceptionally big flavors. Each month, one local farm or fishery is selected and Chef Eric creates a special 3-course prix fixe dinner menu for the upstairs dining room (priced at $48, or paired with wine at $65).

The featured farm remains the same throughout the month, but the menu creations change weekly as fresh products, and thereby inspirations, reach the kitchen. If you enjoy seasonal, American fare you've got to take a look at this week's full menu featuring Coffee Rubbed, Maine Raised Pork Tenderloin and Pan Roasted Sea Scallops, Sonoma Dry Jack Crust and more.

In honor of their new menu and their local partnerships, Post is hosting a VIP event on November 14th, and giving away fun and tasty prizes on their Facebook page to spread the local flavor love. Check out Post 390 on Facebook!
