Trulia is out with a new report on that age-old debate: renting vs. buying. The research site found that, for Boston at least, buying makes more financial sense than renting, with the monthly cost of homeownership at $1,338 and the monthly cost of renting at $2,256—a difference of $918. It's kind of an all-things-being-equal situation, though, with variables like down payments and mortgage rates assumed to be best-case scenario. [Trulia]
