Chef Joanne Chang-Myers of South End smash hit Myers + Chang and the highly addictive sticky bun factory Flour Bakery + Cafe has announced a location for a fourth Flour, in what was once a Hard Rock Cafe and what will soon be the new headquarters of Brookline Bank, on Clarendon Street. Because bankers don't have it good enough.
