But this 2-BR, 2.5-BA, 1,550-square-foot condo does not wowza us from the listing photos. We're not saying the modern appliances, the spaciousness, the central air and the chef's kitchen do not render it desirable—but $1M-plus desirable? Then we see the outdoor space, including the koi pond, and we maybe stand corrected. Anyway, all yours for $1,099,000.
