Southie's Old Colony Continues; Aging Out of Roommates

SOUTH BOSTON—Phase Two of the Old Colony affordable-housing redevelopment in Southie can move forward thanks to a labor deal: It "will demolish the existing structures along Old Colony Avenue and Dorchester Street and in their place construct 169 new units housed in townhouse buildings and four-story elevator buildings."
