500 Days of 410 Beacon

Back in July of 2012, the six-floor, six-walk-in-closeted townhouse at 410 Beacon Street loosed one of that year's biggest price-chops: $800,000. The 9,107-square-foot spread, with seven bedrooms and two roof decks (separated by a glassy mezzanine), had been on the market not even a year. Fast forward eight months and the listing has breezed by day 500. Its price-chopped tag remains a stately $8,850,000, placing it amongst the bevy of Boston homes asking at least $5 million. Stay tuned.
