How Much for 2-BR on Financial District's Rocky Shore?

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Next week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: 2-BR, 2.5-BA condo in Rowes Wharf
Square Footage: 1,895
The Skinny: The Rowes Wharf condos (one of the Curbed Boston 76!) perch at the end of the embattled Financial District. This particular spread in the complex has direct water views as well as access to the building's amenities, natch, including 24-hour concierge and valet parking (not to mention the possibility of acquiring your very own marina slip). BONUS CLUE: When Rowes Wharf opened in 1987, this puppy traded for $881,310.
