So the big news this week was that that palatial Clarendon penthouse actually did rent for $30,000 a month. But what about your run-of-the-mill rents in the luxury tower? After all, it's part apartment, part condo (and the $30K was the result of a condo buyer who doesn't want to move in yet). Turns out normal Clarendon rents range from $2,400 to $8,000. Meh. [Herald]
