ROXBURY—Meet Dudley Greenville! "The first site will house a five-story building with 31 apartments and 3,000 square feet of commercial space on the ground floor. The second site will have a four-story building with 12 units. Construction is expected to be competed next year." [Biz Journal]

BELMONT—Light a candle for the oldest church in town: "The First Congregational Church on Trapelo Road in Waverly Square sold this month to developer Edward Hovsepian for $1.3 million, who had obtained a demolition permit from the town in December." Hovespian plans to break ground on duplex condos in the next two months. [Boston.com]

NORTH END—See a mischief of rats recently in the neighborhood? It may be because of that dog-shit epidemic: "'Dog waste is to rats what fuel is to fire,' [resident Anne] Pistorio said. She estimates there are about 1,000 dogs in the North End and too few owners pick up after their dogs, leaving rats to feast on the feces. Yuch." [NorthEndWaterfront]
