It's time to brush off the dust on your ice skates. In an attempt to attract visitors to the Waterfront during the winter months, an ice skating rink is planned for the iconic rotunda of Rowes Wharf. It would hold up to 20 skaters and be open from November to February. The plan was presented to the Downtown Waterfront Municipal Harbor Planning Advisory Committee last week by the Equity Office.
