Back in June, we told you about the 28th-floor Unit 28E/F at Harbor Towers on East India Row (one of the Curbed Boston 76!). It had traded in December 2011 for a cool million, and then had undergone an extensive renovation. Then it went on the market for $2,995,000; and then off the market.
The 2,510-square-foot, 3-BR, 3-BA with gobsmacking views, including from a private deck, now wants $2,495,000 through Charles Realty's Annette Given. The tag includes access to the towers' many amenities and services (for a condo fee of $2,255, of course) as well as two garaged parking spaces. Stay tuned.
