Royally delicious Unit 3 at 88 Beacon Street hit the sales market with much fanfare in June, what with its gobsmacking townhouse-like price tag of $9,000,000. The tag, alas, soon enough tumbled all the way to $7,600,000.
As of Tuesday, the 4-BR, 4-BA, 3,857-square-foot condo across from the Public Garden, with its private deck and built-in wine wall, is asking $7,250,000, thanks to a $350,000 price-chop. Unit 3 last traded way back in August 2007 for $5,500,000. That was before the world crumbled. Stay tuned.
