BOSTON—The Boston Redevelopment Authority is set to O.K. a bunch of developments Thursday evening, not just the Copley Place Tower. There's "an 11-story office building in the South End, and a 283-unit apartment complex in Jamaica Plain. The authority is also scheduled to take up a long-term plan for Harvard's expansion into Allston, where the university is planning academic buildings, athletic facilities, and hundreds of residences."
