A watchdog group determined that the BRA used outdated information when they made the deal to sell Yawkey Way and Lansdowne Street to the Red Sox. The deal cost $7.2M giving the Red Sox event concessions on the street and air rights for the Green Monster seats for as long as the team plays in Fenway.
