9 Exeter Street Sold for Under Original $7M Asking Price

It's been almost an eternity (in the Hub's real estate market, that is), since we brought 9 Exeter Street to your attention. Remember the fabulous wine cellar and an unheard of two street parking spaces (plus one garage space)? After 112 days on the market it is finally closing on a deal, but not for the original $7M asking price .

Back in June, we introduced you to the stunning home at 9 Exeter Street. This 1860 townhouse is a massive 6,091 square feet and spreads 30 feet wide and 4 stories high. All that space gives you five bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a private deck, and full basement. After a couple of steady price drops from $7,750,000 to $6,950,000, it finally settled for $6,475,000.
