We've heard of "New York style" in real estate in these parts; and of its sibling "Manhattan style." Now, thanks to a recent listing for a 6,500-square-foot manse in Milton, there's "Boca Raton style."
First of all, Boca Raton style is "unique and refreshing," according to the Keating Brokerage listing for 81 Countryside Lane. The style of the 5-BR, 6.5-BA is also defined by lots of sunlight and open space, including an office-slash-exercise room that's 30 feet long and a coral stone fireplace that runs from the floor to the ceiling. Oh, and a marlin on the wall! And a cabana-something! In 81 Countryside's case, the structure next to the heated swimming school. Finally, let's say Boca Raton style entails a stucco exterior with a cedar-shingled roof.
All yours for $2,500,000. But can you really put a price tag on South Florida? (H/t Curbed Cape Cod)
