Ex-Celtic Paul Pierce Selling Luxurious Lincoln Estate

Ex-Celtic Paul Pierce is selling his nearly 2-acre estate off Winter Street in Lincoln. The recently minted Brooklyn Net bought the newly constructed spread, which includes a 7,631-square-foot mansion with a hot tub with a flat-screen TV, for $2,400,000 in August 2003.

The estate went on the sales market over the weekend through Barrett Sotheby's for $2,649,000. For that, you would get, in addition to the aforementioned hot tub with a flat-screen TV, five bedrooms; seven bathrooms (two halves); a three-car garage; two fireplaces; a study; the possibility of an au pair suite; a spacious bar (or "entertainment area"); spacious everything, in fact, as the emphasis on the 10-year-old house was obviously on space for its only owner thus far. Go.
