South End's Constructionpalooza Rocks On at 345 Harrison

New, 2 comments

It's becoming clearer what could go up across the street from the game-change-y Ink Block in the South End. (Hint: Time to update our rental-development heatmap.)

Developer Nordblom wants to build 602 apartments in two buildings of 13 and 14 stories at 345 Harrison Avenue. The complex would also include ground-floor retail, including restaurants. And! It would be topped by an environmentally friendly green roof above its parking garage. The buildings would replace the current Graybar Electric Co. warehouse, and, of course, join a slew of residential development in that corner of the South End. Stay tuned.
