Never Too Early To Plan for the Pats in the Super Bowl

This Craigslist ad seems a tad presumptuous given the game earlier this week, but a homeowner in Northern Jersey is renting on the Craigslist Boston site his or her (or their) "Immaculate 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath home in Upscale, prime, very safe neighborhood" near MetLife Stadium, site of the next Super Bowl. The owner also holds out the possibility of the use of a car, and, best part, the rent appears to be negotiable: No numbers are named in the ad.
