315 Marlborough and Its Three Wet Bars Find a Buyer

The 4,954-square-foot townhouse at 315 Marlborough Street last traded in December 2012 for $2,750,000. It was then ferociously renovated, producing, amongst other flourishes, three wet bars and a private roof deck. Then! It was put on the sales market about 40 days ago. As is the wont of luxury Boston real estate, it has already found a buyer.

We don't know yet how much the 4-BR, 6-BA townhouse went for—it's under agreement and the deal has yet to close—but it hit the market in September demanding $5,500,000. Interestingly enough, should it close anywhere near that $5.5M asking, 315 Marlborough would still not be—not by a long shot—amid the 10 priciest deals in Boston in 2013 so far. Sigh.
