Back Bay Parking Spaces Trade for Measly $250K

Meh. Those two Commonwealth Ave. parking spaces up for auction on Thursday went for $250,000. Steve Annear has the details: "'One, two, three, bang. Done,' said Paul Saperstein, owner of the auction company, Paul E. Saperstein Co., which hosted the event."

Such is the way of prime spots around downtown Boston, however loose the definitions of legal parking may be (though we should point out the $250K could be seen as a relative steal in this Thunderdome car culture of ours).
