26 Braddock Park's Many Outdoor Spaces and Wine Bottles

New, 1 comment

The five-floor townhouse at 26 Braddock Park in the South End-Back Bay borderlands last traded in July 2009 for $2,995,000. That trade followed a 2006 renovation that updated and polished the 1890 spread in several ways, including leaving it with five outdoor spaces and a wine cellar fit for more than 800 bottles.

Further updated in the last four years, the 4,164-square-foot, 4-BR, 3.5-BA townhouse hit the sales market in September for $3,995,000 through Sprogis & Neale. It remains at that price, with its four wood-burning fireplaces, its two parking spaces, bowed front and chef's kitchen. Still time.
