Deleaded, Loaded and Ready for Condos in North Cambridge

Welcome to Triple-Decker Thursday, a feature on that Greater Boston institution, the three-level apartment building.

This plump number at 32 Walden Street in North Cambridge hit the sales market just this week, announcing itself through Coldwell Banker as entirely deleaded with front-load W/Ds in two of its three units. It also threw this out there: "Continue the pride of ownership or convert to condominiums." Your call.

The 3,449-square-footer dating from 1903 last traded way back in December 2001 for $672,500. This go-round, 12 years later and after various renovations, it wants a full $1,450,000. What'd you think?
