45 Province Is Having a Really Good Week

New, 1 comment

Indeed. Earlier this week, downtown Boston's condo-that-could found a buyer for a penthouse that went officially up for sale barely a month ago for $4,699,000. Now this afternoon it's dropping another penthouse listing. Penthouse 1B is 2,915 square feet, with sweeping exposures on three sides (see above for a taste) and a private interior elevator that brings residents up to a bonus room and large private roof terrace.

The whole shebang is asking $5,227,500, or about $1,793 a square foot. It's been quietly shopped for the last few weeks, according to a source, though it hits the region's multiple-listing service this afternoon. If 45 Province's recent history is any guide, it'll go like that (snaps fingers). Who's a struggling condo now, huh?
