Zero Worcester Closings; Back Bay-Logan Bus; More!

SOUTH END—Closings have started at the new Zero Worcester Square: "Unit A, a two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom unit, sold for $695,000, or around $622 per square foot. Unit E, a one-bedroom, sold for $445,0000, or around $854 per square foot. That's a fair price for brand-new construction in the South End. (The under agreement units are in the $840/SF range; the buyer of the two bedroom above seems to have negotiated a good deal!)" [John A. Keith]

BACK BAY/EAST BOSTON—The bus would start in April to make up for the Blue Line's Government Center stop being closed for repairs: "The Massachusetts Port Authority plans to launch a new express shuttle bus service between the Back Bay and Logan International Airport." [Herald]

EVERETT—The worries surround generating revenue (which we thought casino operators never worried about): "Vegas casino titan Steve Wynn, who passed a big hurdle yesterday before the state Gaming Commission, has been meeting with legislators and said the Bay State's casino law needs changes before he'll consider the business climate here palatable."
