FP3 Penthouse Trying to Push Seaport's Pricing Envelope

Cold, snowy weather got you feeling boxed in? Well, check out this remarkably airy penthouse at the FP3 building (one of the Curbed Boston 76!), which just hit the sales market for a cool $1,751,000.

The spread's square-footage (1,751) means that it could, in fact, go for $1,000 a square foot should it sell at the current asking. Such a sum might be a new high for Boston's Seaport. Will it make it? The 2-BR, 2.5-BA has not only its airiness going for it, but modern everything, a private patio and some gobsmacking views. It last traded in January 2012 for $1,230,000, or $702 a square foot. Stay tuned.
