Here's What New South End Floor-Through Condos Sell For

New, 4 comments

Back in September we told you that the floor-through condos in the new Chevron at 518 Tremont Street were going to contract at around $3,100,000 each. Well, now we know what the Parisian-style flats have actually sold for.

The 3-BR, 2.5-BA Unit 3 went for its last listing price of $3,500,000. Unit 4, with about the same breakdown, went for its last listing price of $3,125,000; Unit 5, however, also a 3-BR, 2.5-BA, traded for $3,125,000, or $25,000 under its last asking. Each is about 2,500 square feet; comes with underground parking; and closed in mid-November. There are two more floor-throughs yet to close, by our calculations. Stay tuned.
