The Skinny: Maybe it was "townhouse" that threw everybody—the vast majority of you (70-plus percent) voted for a price at least $100K higher than the actual asking. Or maybe it was the location smackdab in Mid-Cambridge, near Harvard and the main branch of the Cambridge Public Library. Or maybe it was the "possible au pair suite" or the "fabulous yard" behind the 1,846-square-foot attached spread. Or that stove in the living room. We'll never know.
