$650K in the South End: 'Perfect Row House Apartment'

New, 1 comment

This 2-BR, 1-BA, parlor-floor condo on Tremont Street in the South End certainly took a circuitous route to its Valentine's Day closing. First listed in February 2011, the listing was removed four times; the listing brokerage was switched three times (ending up with Hammond); and the price changed five times, starting at $659,000, before being cut as well as upped on its way to a final tag of $640,000. The 791-square-foot spread has bowed windows in the front, 12-foot ceilings and Brazilian cherrywood floors throughout. The (last) listing called it the "perfect row house apartment." Agree?
