It could just be the listing photos, though. Like the one that shows a print of a lion in an academic cat; or what appears to be a stuffed dog in one of the three bedrooms; or the face pillows showing up in at least two. Regardless, the high-floor corner condo unfolding over more than 2,700 square feet has hit the market asking $5,300,000. It joins a crowded Boston club of over-$5M listings, though, the way things are now, it may have little trouble selling. It last traded, by the way, for $3,100,000 in November 2008.
