Back Bay residents opposed to Fisher College's expansion have pulled out the big guns—property taxes: "The Neighborhood Association of the Back Bay raised the issue as Fisher snapped up an Arlington Street property from the nonprofit Tellus Institute for $12 million. The group claims the prime property overlooking the Public Garden could have generated $250,000 a year in tax revenue if it had converted to condos." [Herald]
