How Much for 100-Year-Old Colonial Near Harvard?

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Next week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

What/Where: a 7-BR, 3.5-BA Colonial built in 1913 just north of Harvard
Square Footage: 6,088
The Skinny: This is one of those genteel single-families near Harvard that sprung up beginning in the late 19th century to house faculty members on their ways up in the world. As it stands now, few faculty can actually afford spreads that include a three-room master suite with fireplace; a separate, third-floor 2-BR apartment; and landscaped grounds. Bonus clues: This house hit the market exactly two weeks ago, and last traded way back in July 1999 for $1,698,000.
