In mid-2011, the old New Hope Baptist Church traded hands, with a Brookline-based developer pitching plans for townhouse-style condos. It was just the latest in the Hub's long run of church conversions.
Now we have a sense of what the old New Hope has become. The first of the six townhouse-style condos has hit the market for $2,550,000. What'd you get? A private-garden entrance; a 27-foot-wide living/dining/kitchen/powder room (presumably all one, big sweep, though it's hard to tell given no interior listing photos from Gibson Sotheby's, just the rendering above). Then a master suite and further bedroom/bathroom on the upper floor; and a garden level with family room and third bedrooms/bathroom. Two garaged parking spaces are included in the price.
