Behold, Three Floors of Well-Organized Vic in Clam Point

'Tis a while since we've flipped through some floorplan porn, and this listing from the Clam Point area of Dorchester leaped off the blueprints and bopped us on the head.

The classic Victorian, dating from 1900 and with many period details intact, hit the market Wednesday through Keller Williams for $489,000. It wasn't so much the capacious, sun-drenched house look (with solid bones to boot), but the organization of the 4-BR, 2-BA, 2,006-square-foot expanse at 50 Everdean Street that captured our fancy. Take Floor 3: There are two bedrooms, each with a closet, and then, running along both, eaves of storage. Eaves! Then on Floor 2 the bathroom is but 10 square feet, give or take, bigger than the walk-in closet. Floor 1 is a compact unfolding of everything not bedroom-related, including a deck that looks to be on size-par with the kitchen. Bring it.
