The 233-unit luxury condo One Charles has had a rough go of it in recent years: price-chops; epically long waits on the sales market; more price-chops.
Now for some good news about One Charles. We can report that a 3-BR, 3.5-BA penthouse there has traded in under two weeks. PH1B, which was listed for $5,500,000 by William Montero, has found a buyer (at that price, we don't know yet—the deal hasn't closed). Still, that's pretty damn fast, even by contemporary Boston standards.
