Details dropped on Thursday about what was going in the two-tower complex pitched for the old Garden site (and in front of from TD Garden). Above is a rendering of the complex's would-be entrance.
The 1.7 million-square-foot complex is due to include 500 luxury residences; 600,000 square feet of office space; a 200-room hotel; and a so-called podium of retail. But! Contrary to earlier reports (and hopes) said retail will not, in fact, include a multilevel Target. Still, Boston needs housing, so hey.
