Introducing District Hall; Boston Biking 'Here to Stay'

SEAPORT DISTRICT—The Boston Innovation Center will open next month—and it's got a new name: "District Hall is the world's first free-standing public innovation center, the mayor said. Tim Rowe, the CEO and founder of the Cambridge Innovation Center and his team at non-profit sister organization, the Venture Café, will oversee daily operations, events, and programming in the building."
