Another Chanel No. 6 Number Finds a Buyer

Nearly two months ago, the priciest listing in the new-development 4-6 Newbury Street landed a deal with an asking price of $7,965,000 (not clear if the 5,900-square-foot "shell," as the listing described it, got that as the deal has not closed).

Now, another of the six units in what we're calling Chanel No. 6 because of the two-level Chanel store slated for the base has found a buyer. This one, with 4,020 square feet, was asking $5,025,000. Like with the others, there is, according to the Campion & Company listing, "a rare opportunity to customize your entire home." Thus the "shell" bit. Again, we don't know whether Unit 502 closed at $5.025M, but, in this luxury Boston market, it wouldn't jaw-drop us.
