The Wyeth Cambridge is an under-construction apartment complex near Porter Square that promises to be one of the few LEED Platinum rental buildings in the Boston area (that's really, really environmentally friendly).

The Wyeth's apartments start at above $3,000 a month for 1-BRs, and the topmost floorplan shows perhaps the most expensive listing available: a 2-BR, 2-BA that could also be a 3-BR, given the "Flex" space denoted just behind the living room/dining room. The second floorplan shows a 2-BR, 2-BA duplex, also with flex space; it's going for $4,400. (Might as well add these askings to our survey of real Cambridge rents.)
Along with the apartments themselves, the exceedingly crunchy Wyeth offers tenants access to assigned parking; a private gym; a concierge; grill stations; and, naturally, free electric-car charging.
