How Much for South End 3-BR in 'NY-Style Building'?

New, 3 comments

PriceSpotter is Curbed Boston's asking-price guessing game. We provide you with some details and pictures from an apartment listing, and you vote for which price you think it is. If you think it's none of the above, tender a more exact guess in the comments or shoot us an email. Next week we reveal the answer. And, hey, no cheating!

Where/What: a 3-BR, 1-BA condo at Mass. Ave. and Tremont Street
Square Footage: 1,073
The Skinny: This condo is in one of those Boston buildings somewhat inexplicably marketed as "New York-style." (We're never quite sure what that means: odd cooking smells in the hallways, tubs in the kitchens, walls so thin they sway when you sneeze?) The snug spread is also marketed as a "nice investment" with a price, the listing says, that's more readily suitable to a South End 2-BR. It hit the market late last week.
