Boston traffic is ranked 10th worst nationally and leads the nation in year-to-year congestion level increases. Even with the Big Dig completed, commuters are still spending more time on the road than before. NRIX, a traffic data firm, found that most of the delays are linked to Interstate 93, especially sections that were put underground during the Big Dig.
