Tell Us You Wouldn't Want This Roof Deck Off the Common

New, 1 comment

Eh? The combined-unit penthouse at 103 Beacon Street, in the Beacon Hill-Back Bay borderlands, hit the market late last week for a mere $3,050,000. According to listing superbroker Tracy Campion, the 3-BR, 3.5-BA was custom built by Ruhl Walker Architects, thoroughly tricked out to give it a sort of industrial-chic feel. The 3,100-square-foot spread is crowned by a roof deck with a grilling station, a fire pit and (of course) a TV.
