The Skinny: It's the 706-square-foot private deck that fooled ya, especially in weather like this, must be. The vast majority of you—70.5 percent—voted for an asking price well over the actual (perhaps you were subliminally channeling one of the biggest trends in Hub real estate?). Only 21.2 percent chose the correct price. Then again, perhaps it's the fact that the 863-square-foot spread is technically above the penthouse level in its building. Whatever the reason for the skewed voting, it's immaterial: The condo, listed on June 20, has found a buyer. That speed there is another trend in Hub real estate.
