Well, relatively small.
The 2-BR, 2-BA, 2,552-square-foot Unit 4 at 4 Howard Street, on the Somerville side of Davis Square, calls itself a "huge loft" in the Estate Residential listing (though we're never quite sure what constitutes a loft in these parts). It hit the sales market in the first week of May for $1,095,000; and then, in the last week of May, it cut its price by $10,000. That still makes it one of the five priciest listings in Somerville; and possibly the second-priciest, given that two above it (condos at 82 Dover and 86 Summer) have deals pending. Stay tuned.
