Meet Boston's Two Newest $10M Listings

Make that "Newest $10M and $10M-Plus Listings." We, like you, undoubtedly, were so enthralled with Hotels Week 2013 last week that we neglected to note the eminently noteworthy fact that two eight-figure Boston listings dropped within a few days of each other.

The first to debut was the 6-BR, 11-BA, 7,122-square-foot townhouse at 14 Walnut Street (pictured above). It last traded way back in January 1994 for $2,100,000, and now wants $10,000,000 even. Listed by Daniel A. Mullin, the townhouse has bones dating to the 1850s and a garden out back—plus an elevator to every floor.

The 9,924-square-foot monster at 4 Gloucester Street also has an elevator to all floors, plus eight bedrooms, eight bathrooms and a dining room that seats 30 (yes, 30). But never mind all that: Its $12,975,000 tag also comes with seven deeded parking spaces. Now listed by Tracy Campion, the townhouse last traded in February 1997 for $328,000 (yes, renovations have been done).
