Hot enough for ya? Etc.
Alas, in a city simmering under a days-long heatwave, there is one less place to catch even a brief, breezy respite: The duplex at 306 Beacon Street has traded in a $2,900,000 deal that closed July 2. The 2,037-square-foot, 2-BR, 3-BA, with two decks and two deeded parking spaces, hit the sales market in late May through Allison Mazer of Gibson Sotheby's for $2,950,000, thereby nearly proving a current truism of Boston real estate with its closing.
