Baby Boomers

WSJ recently published an article about baby boomers living among young, urban city dwellers, and actually enjoying it. According to the American Housing Society, 9.6% of households 55 and older lived in central cities in condos in 2011, up 7.3% from 2005. The 2011 National Association of Realtors poll reported that 19% of Americans said they wanted to live in cities, an increase of 13% since 2004. [WSJ]
